After breakfast -fly to to Bwindi national park located in south-western part of Uganda along the Democratic Republic of Congo border next to the Virunga National Park and on the edge of the Albertine Rift. It’s a home to various species, including over 214 species of birds and 120 species of mammals. It’s also a home to the worldly know mountain gorillas and some other endangered species like the l’Hoest’s monkey African elephant, African green broadbill, Grauer’s rush warbler, Chaplin’s flycatcher, African giant swallowtail among others. It covers an area of 331 square Kilometers.

Enjoy breakfast, with packed lunch and dressed well for the jungle go to the park headquarters for a briefing. While trekking you might spot other animals like elephants, monkeys, baboons and various bird species. Spend an hour with the gorillas. Have your picnic lunch.
